"I'll start by admitting--I'm not usually a breakfast person. I like it fine, but I'd often rather wait until lunch to start eating for the day. We stopped here on our way back to Tulsa from Branson, and I'm so glad we did! My son had the pancake platter, which he absolutely loved. But the real star? The breakfast sliders. Oh my goodness--these are the BEST breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. The bread is perfect--fluffy on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside. I chose the sausage (bacon and ham are also options), and it was delicious. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and the cheese paired beautifully. You get two sliders per plate and can choose your side bread item--I went with the house potatoes, which were seasoned perfectly and had the same delightful fluffy-yet-crispy texture as the bread. I could only eat one slider myself and brought the other home for my husband--he texted me the next morning saying it was just as amazing. Our waitress (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) was so kind and welcoming. The place is small and charmingly decorated, adding to the cozy vibe. All in all, we had the best breakfast. This is definitely a must-stop and a place I'll recommend to anyone traveling this way."

"One of the best country fried steak dinners I've had. They were very accommodating with are group of 10 and very pleasant and attentive. She ran back and forth without a complaint. Definitely would eat here again"

"We live 25 minutes up the road in Greenfield, we decided to give this place a try for dinner tonight. I ordered the catfish with green beans and a baked potato, my fiance ordered the fried chicken special with baked potato and fried okra, my mother ordered the fried chicken livers with green beans and baked potato, and my son ordered the smothered chicken breast with side salad and mashed potatoes , we all shared an order of the fried mushrooms, the fried mushrooms here, are without a doubt the absolute biggest amd best we have ever had, and all 4 of us love fried mushrooms so to say Red Barn has the best, trust me, try them!! All of our food was absolutely delicious, mid west home cooking and the portions are massive, we all had to take food home! I usually dont give reviews, or if I do its quick and to the point, but I felt this place deserved a really good review after serving us some out of this world dinner tonight, we made sure to thank the cook, he came out to our table so we could personally thank him, our waitress was awesome, and we will definitely be going back there. To us, this is what we consider a local spot! Its a half hour drive to get there but so worth it. Thank you Red Barn, you made this family happy and fat tonight lol."

"In the past, I've had some issues with The Red Barn, so I hadn't been in years. Then I heard there was new management and cooks, so I gave another shot and I'm glad I did. Food was delicious and they have done a great job on sprucing the building up. My only issue was that we never got a refill on our drinks, but that's not a reason to get upset."

"We stopped there mid-Oct. Service started slow but got better. Food was excellent (fried chicken) and priced fairly. Thanks for the great meal!"
